ok i found it on my own, but when i try to register it said my IP has been blocked. WHY was it blocked?

Try again, or it could be that your really blocked.

I dont think im blocked, i tried on about 10 computers at school today all IP adresses were blocked. So im guessing its closed. and i dont remember doing anything to get me blocked the last thing i was doing was trying to get lvl 60 equips from buffy and lazy buffy.
